BOOKING PROCEDURE Once we have received your booking form we send it off to your accommodation and once we have confirmation from them via invoice you will be invoiced. ​ You now have a tentative booking. ​ You will then be required to pay 50% of the invoice within 48hrs so we can confirm accommodation with deposit. ​ Email your proof of payment to us ​​ Once deposit has cleared we will send an updated invoice. ​ Your booking is now confirmed. ​ Your pre-arrival info will be sent. ​BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS ​​DERC reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule launches due to weather and minimum numbers not being met. Tours do not take place in poor sea state (rough seas and blue bottles/Portuguese man of war) and are subject to a min of 4 full paying guests. No visa request letter are issued until the first deposit has been received by DERC.​​ DERC is not responsible for the weather, species abundance and behaviour, all of which are factors that influence your experience. Weather cancelled launches: voucher valid for 6 months OR refund less 15% handling fee. Cancellation: 60 days prior to tour: Refund less 15% handling fee. 30 days prior to activity: 100% cancellation fee is applicable. No refunds on accommodation or transfer fees paid across to providers unless agreed upon by said provider. No refunds on missed launches, nights, meals & transfers. Please book for the first day/s you are here; if in the event we need to reschedule for calmer seas we have some days to work with.
